This mission is very easy.

1. Go out of the town (and catch some Pokémon if you wish).
2. You will see a Torchic when you keep going up, and the professor will tell you about poke assists.
3. Keep going north, and go west. If you go east, there will be a stack of hay blocking your way.
4. Catch a Torchic.
5. Go to the stack of hay and burn it using Torchic's Pokéassists.
6. Now go to the little forest like place and catch some Pokémon if you wish. Take a Pichu as you will need later.
7. A Combusken will appear. Catch it, go to the north where there is a log and burn it using Combusken's Pokéassist.
8. Go into the cave until you are separated by stones.
9. Catch a paras, then cut the fence.
10. Go north and go to the cave. Ignore the stone blocking a door for now.
11. Catch a Poliwag. You will need later.
12. Go out the cave. Catch a Magnemite if you need some energy.
13. Go out the cave.
14. Use the Pichu/Magnemite.
15. Go east and catch the Rhyon.
16. Go east.
