High Roller Blowout is the fifth level in Tornado Outbreak. Taking place shortly after the events of Military Mayhem, the level revolves around Zephyr and his team of Wind Warriors capturing Fire Flyers within the bustling street of the Las Vegas Strip!

Plot

Zephyr and his team of Wind Warriors venture out to retrieve Omegaton's third orb located within the heart of Vegas. As they get closer towards their destination, they are ambushed and attack by the Fire Flyers, thus resulting in the two elemental forces clashing together in another destructive game of hide and seek.

Layout

Zone 1

In Zone 1, you will find yourself near a gas station surrounded by various tourists and Elvis impersonators wandering throughout the area. As you move forward, you will once again come across a set of traffic cones that can be used to increase the tornado's category level. Once you attain size three, you can collect the various tourists, Elvis impersonators, and women of ill repute to further increase the tornado's growth. Moving towards the L.O.A.D. STARR, you will find various rural homes inside the outer portion of a road that circles around a pond.

Zone 2

Zone 2 puts you near several houses with a variety of lawn flamingos and mailboxes. Considering the fact that you're measly a size two tornado, you'll want to go after anything that wobbles at your current size, (fences, lawn flamingos, mailboxes, rocks, etc). You'll first be able to start capturing Fire Flyers as early as size four, so you'll want to quickly grow in size. At first, you'll find them hiding within the large blue spotlights. Travel a short distance near the L.O.A.D. STARR and you will find a few Taxis that are stationary. These stationary Taxis contain a few Fire Flyers, so don't forget to capture them when you reach size seven!

From here onwards, the majority of the Fire Flyers will only be capturable if you grow into size eight and above. Make your way back towards the houses where you start off, and you'll be able to chain collect around 20 Fire Flyers at once. Use this to your advantage, as with the more Fire Flyers you capture the more time gets added to the L.O.A.D. STARR, allowing you to explore the area for an extended period of time.

Zone 3

The third and final zone of High Roller Blowout starts you off as a size three tornado. If you intend on completing the Sprite Slaughter House achievment/trophy, prioritize collecting humans, picnic tables, and shrubs as they contain no Fire Flyers. Accidentally grab a Flyer, and you will not be eligible for the Sprite Slaughter House achievment/trophy.

This is the first level that offers players the chance of completing this particular achievement/trophy. Should players fail to unlock this daunting achievement/trophy, the first zone of Carnival Chaos offers another opportunity to take on the challenge of capturing 100 Fire Flyers at once.
