You can transform into a dragon during battles using the Accession command from the skill menu. You will be asked which dragon genes to use, among those in your possession. You can select up to 3 of them. Each gene has its own effect and its own AP cost for transformation. You will be able to experiment with various combinations of genes, to see which ones are best suited to different situations and the effects they have combined with others. Your dragon form will also change based on the genes used. While in dragon form, during the battle, you will lose a number of AP equal to half the amount required for the transformation each turn. When you no longer have enough AP to remain in dragon form or your HP reach 0, you will be converted back to human form. The dragon genes featured in the game are listed below:

  • NOTE: This gene allows you to transform into a Kaiser dragon. There are three kinds of Kaiser: Uncontrolled, Controlled, and Ultimate. For the Controlled Kaiser, you will have to combine the Infinity gene with the Failure gene, for the Ultimate Kaiser you will have to combine it with the Trance and Radiance genes, while any other combination of genes with Infinity (or used alone) gives life to the Uncontrolled Kaiser. The Uncontrolled Kaiser has a very high power, but he is completely berserk, so you can't control his moves and he could attack other party members. You can instead decide the moves of the Controlled Kaiser, but his powers will be much lower. The Ultimate Kaiser is definitely the best. You can control his moves and he has devastating attack power. He's also immune to all status changes. His only disadvantage is the very high AP cost: it takes 53 AP to transform and 27 will be stolen from you each turn.
