Commander Keen was released for the Game Boy Color in 2001. It is a spinoff of the main Commander Keen series, where a subspace anomaly appears above Earth, wreaking havoc on technology and threatening to destroy the planet within a few hours. To prevent this, Commander Keen must retrieve the three Plasma Crystals, and place them within the Omegamatic Warp Drive.
