Go to the Underworld entrance and let Larc join you (if he’s not already in the party). Then head to the Norn Peaks. At the entrance, Larc will stop you, repelling a blow a shady lady named Sierra. Then the mission will officially start.

Go right and follow the path, you can’t go wrong. Soon you’ll reach the Village of the Winds. You cannot make any purchases or interact with the inhabitants here, in fact you will quickly notice that you are not welcome at all. Talk to the green beings to learn they're dragoons of a dragon named Akravator. Somehow you will manage to pass and reach the mountain.

You will encounter some enemies with a lot of life energy along the way and others that can confuse you. However, their attacks are never very powerful. At the first fork take the left path first, to reach three chests with a Poison Fang, an Angry Eye and a Bird Meat. Go back take the right path this time. A little further, you have to face a sub-boss, a Windcaller. There are three of them on the mountain and to reach the top you have to find and defeat them all. It can cast a Jinn-related spell and has some other attack, but winning the fight shouldn’t be difficult. You can use the weapon you want. When you defeat the Windcaller, you'll gain no experience or, but its spirit will unlock a barrier. Proceed to the left.

Go left at the fork. Proceed and on the next fork take the upper right path. You’ll find a Dragon Blood and a Sleepy Powder inside the chests. Go back down and take the left path. There is another Windcaller here. The fight is identical. Beat it, then go back to the right three screen. Take the upper-right path this time. A little further on, you’ll notice the statue of a Windcaller on the upper-right path. Stay away for now! If you touch it, you’ll be teleported at the entrance of the Norn Peaks and you’ll have to go all the way back to get back here. Take the lower path right to reach the third and last Windcaller. Defeat it and go back.

This time examine the statue and it will vanish. Follow the path until you reach an area with four blue Windcallers. Larc will kill them easily. Go right to find three chests with a Messy Scroll, a Flaming Quill and a Dragon Steak. Head back and proceed to the left. Soon you’ll reach the boss of this area, Akravator.

Like many other bosses, Akravator has some common attacks that won't cause you much trouble. Every now and then, however, he will start flashing, charging a powerful attack. When this happens, move away immediately, or you will take a lot of damage. Even his fiery breath is an attack to be feared and absolutely avoided. Another annoying thing is that this boss can repel many of your attacks by flying or remaining in a defensive position. A bow can obviously help you hit him even while he is in the air. If you want to fight at close range, it's best to use only your most powerful weapons. Fortunately, in this battle you will have the help of Larc, who will make things a little easier. Even a pet or a golem can help you.

After the fight, you'll discover that Akravator was guarding a Mana Stone and Larc will give you your reward. After a short dialogue with a dying Windcaller the mission will end.
