The Mushroom Shop is a building in Mushroom Village where players can go to purchase items. The Blocks only appear in during Party games and at random intervals, though they have to be selected through the Mushroom Bank first. Other items affect gameplay in different ways or are more novelty items. All of these items cost Coins to purchase, the player starting off with 300 to use.
Most of these items are available immediately. The map to Magma Mountain will appear after finishing the other maps at least once each. The Credits, the No Koopa item, and the No Boo item will appear after completing the Eternal Star map. The Gameball machine appears after 30 mini-games have been purchased from the Mini-Game House and can continue to be used until all mini-games have been purchased.
