It is in X-Men vs. Street Fighter that we first see Cammy with her later look, which is actually her earlier look. The Marvel vs. Capcom series is the first to present Cammy in her pre-amnesia "Killer Bee" days, before she joins Delta Red, and while she is still very much in the employment of M. Bison. As a consequence, her look is more in line with the 12 assassin dolls like Juli and Juni who we finally meet in Street Fighter Alpha 3, which is the only canonical appearance as Killer Bee since the Marvel vs. Capcom series is an alternate story. M. Bison even appears in some of her win poses, pleased to see her success. It is thanks to her appearance in X-Men vs. Street Fighter that she appears as a hidden character in the home conversion of Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold.

Cammy's moves aren't nearly as augmented as some of the other Street Fighters. She does gain some new moves, and many of her attacks are complimented by the blue flames which are typically associated with M. Bison's Psycho Power. Her ability to perform the Cannon Drill at any time in mid-air makes the move especially more versatile. Cammy is also gifted with the ability to jump one additional time in mid-air. Two new special moves are the Cannon Strike and Cannon Revenge. Cannon Strike is an attack kick that can only be performed in mid-air to punish opponents below her. Cannon Revenge is a retaliation move where she will pose and wait to be attacked. If she is hit during that time, she will counter with her own attack and take no damage. Her new Hyper Combo, Killer Bee Strike, is remarkably similar to Spider-Man's "Maximum Spider" Hyper Combo. The new special moves are given to V-ISM Cammy in SFA3 and the Killer Bee Strike super was given to A-ISM Cammy. In MvC2, she picks up her Reverse Shaft Breaker super move from SFA3.
