Medal of Honor: Allied Assault - Breakthrough is the second of two expansion packs released for the 2002 first-person shooter Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, set during World War II.

In the single player game, Sgt. John Baker of the US 34th Infantry Division must complete a tour of duty in the European Theater of Operations during World War II, starting in North Africa with the pivotal 1943 Battle of Kasserine Pass and fall of Bizerte in Tunisia, followed by the Allied invasion of Sicily (code-named Operation Husky) and ending in Italy with the 1944 Battles of Monte Cassino, Anzio and Monte Battaglia (Battle Mountain).
