Each car (there are 41 in all), has 5 races available for it. 41 x 5 = 205, so there are 215 races in this game, including the Most Wanted List races. However, there are only around 100 tracks, so you'll be doing the same exact races over and over again, just with different cars. Nevertheless, when you get enough Speed Points to challenge a Most Wanted List Driver, you have to defeat them and then shut them down to gain their car ala Burnout Paradise.
