The letter that you found on the body in Shure indicates that Darum's daughter has been locked away in Nido Tower. Nido can be reached by following the east coast from Shure south, and then following the canal to the west.
But before you head to Nido, you may want to prepare. Head back to Paseo to put the Small Key in storage. You won't need it any further, and this way it won't take up room in your inventory. Also sell off any unused equipment. You may wish to strengthen Rudo a bit. There's two ways to do this, one very expensive, and the other much less so. The expensive way is to buy Rudo two Ceramic Knives. This will boost Rudo's attack and defense, but at 5,600 Mesetas, it make take you some time to obtain enough to buy them. The much cheaper way is to buy Rudo a Shot Gun for 800 Mesetas. It takes two hands, and it won't make Rudo nearly as powerful, but it does possess the ability to strike more than one biomonster in a single attack.
Nido[edit]
Use dynamite to break through the entrance to the tower. Although the Tower is only three levels high, it is more difficult than the dungeon of Shure. Do not overestimate yourself. Hone your skills through the fights against the weaker enemies on the first level. Of course, you will need your medical supplies and an Escapipe.
Follow the maps carefully when proceeding through the dungeon or you may be eliminated by a stronger opponent. Take special care on the third level since there are some biomonsters that are very powerful. Strongly consider running away if you encounter any Blasters. They are capable of wiping out your entire party in just a few rounds if you can't defeat them quickly enough.
Floor 1[edit]
When you enter Nido, the passage divides to the left and right. The left leads to several dead ends. Turn right and go up to the third level to save Teim. Take the chute near the top to reach her.
Floor 2[edit]

The passages divide into a maze on this floor. To find Teim, first go through the chute in the upper left to the first level. Then follow the paths back to the second level and on to the third. Follow the map carefully and go to the center of the third level where you will find stronger opponents.

Very strong opponents are encountered on the third level. You must beat them to save Teim. Teim will tell you that a man named Darum at the North Bridge is her father. She will ask you to take her to the North Bridge to see him.
Once you rescue Teim, use an Escapipe, or cast HINAS to return to the outside. If possible, cast Ryuka to quickly return to Paseo. Otherwise, slowly make your way back there to heal up before proceeding to the North Bridge.
