Itsuki (Puff in Devil Kings) is a young girl who happens to have a loyal army at her command. Her army consists of the peasants of the rural village that she comes from, which is often raided by samurai looking to collect taxes and provisions. The army of Nobunaga Oda is one of the offenders, causing Itsuki to develop a grudge toward him as well as Xavi, a general who tirelessly imposes his beliefs on those he considers below him. Following yet another raid of their village, Itsuki is spoken to by a goddess who bestows upon her a magical weapon, the giant hammer. Thanks to this divine support, Itsuki is able to rally her fellow villagers in a quest of revenge against the samurai that have tormented them.

Like Ranmaru Mori, Itsuki's small size makes her a tricky target, but unlike Ranmaru, her movement is on the slower side (similar to larger characters such as Yoshihiro Shimazu or Shingen Takeda). Like those larger characters, she possess great attack power, but this comes with the trade-off of slow normal attacks. This makes her normal Square button-string unreliable, unless her hammer is thrown with the use of her second skill, My Strength. This skill is unique in that it, like Masamune Date's WAR DANCE skill, modifies her normal attacks (and like WAR DANCE, it can be canceled with the use of another skill; this is recommended before the move ends, as Itsuki's hammer will come flying back at her to hit her in the head, disrupting her movement and any combos). It also makes her much quicker, both in her movement and attacks, similar to the speed of Ranmaru. This makes it helpful against bosses, who will usually be much quicker than Itsuki with her hammer, allowing them to disrupt her combos. With the use of the I Forgot My Hammer! accessory, Itsuki is in this quicker state at all times, though she is unable to use any other skills or her Basara attack, making its use risky.

Other helpful skills that she possesses are her first, Festival Band, and her third, Rolling Snow. Festival Band has Itsuki swing her hammer in an arc, hitting all enemies in a wide range, and Rolling Snow has her create a giant snowball that pushes all enemies in its path away from her. Both can also be helpful when cornered by a boss. A helpful combo is a Square button-string of four, followed by a jumping Square button.
