Template:Infobox SMW Level Chocolate Island 4 is an underground maze inside a volcano with mega-moles, moving platforms and cocoa lava.
If you have all three switches pressed there is a way to get three extra lives. after complete the moving platforms and you go through a zig zag area and underneath you can see a platform of blue blocks and the half way banner go to the left and you will see the three lives.
Also there's a long bonus zone with lot of items and 1-Ups, but watch out as you may run out of time.
After you complete this level you can do it again and break the half way banner and collect as many lives as you wish by selecting back and starting again.
