Build 2 GP's in the south-western building, toilet and staff room. In the southern building will fit a scanner, X-Ray, an additional GP and an another diagnostic room if needed. In the north-western room (the one you start with) you can build two pharmacies, two fracture clinics, one big station (7x11 - 7 beds) and 2 operation theatres. Place the research room, training room and a small staff room in south east building, use the other buildings for a bigger staff room and cure.
