Victory Run, subtitled Eikou no 13,000KM (栄光の13,000キロ lit. Glory of 13,000 kilometers?) for its initial release in Japan, is a rally racing game developed and published by Hudson Soft for the PC Engine late in 1987, and later for the North American equivalent TurboGrafx-16 in 1989. The game depicts the Paris-Dakar Rally, one of the earliest to do so. The game was later published as part of the Wii Virtual Console around the world in December of 2006, and it was made available for download on the PlayStation Network between 2010 and 2011.

The look of Victory Run appears to be somewhat inspired by Sega's Out Run, and features very similar scaling technology, making the growth of objects that start in the distance and get closer look much more realistic than was possible before the time of the game's release. Before the race begins, players must make shrewd decisions about how many of each replacement parts to stock up on, in anticipation of which parts will wear out faster and more frequently throughout the race. The race starts out on smooth pavement, but some sections of the race occur on dirt or plains which require greater skill to keep control over the car.
