[edit] Saladin 1

Quite easy. Just follow the instructions. You have to go down to the north end of the map in order to get into the city. There are very few opponents along the way. Once you made it to the wonder you receive additional troops. Leave the city and head to the east. Vaporizing the enemy town center should be no problem with your siege equipment.

[edit] Saladin 2

Defeat Reynalds Army

You start with two allies, Medina (orange) in the east and Aqaba (yellow) in the west corner. Both cities have to survive. In-between there is the basement of Reynalds Raiders (turquoise). As they send a continuos stream of troops down to your village, it is important to pay attention to them. They also like fight trade carts from your allies - which will stop them to pay gold tributes to you. Placing some palisades and towers in front of Reynalds gates may concentrate their effort. Building a fully secured way between Medina and Aqaba is one way to deal with them. In this case, you will not have to actively fight them any longer, as they resign once Reynalds Pirates are down. If they face towers near their gates, they will also stop grouping they archers and scout cavalry and just send them as soon as produced. If you like playing Terminator a little more, just go in and destroy their city, it's not very big and it is not very well protected. In case your allies do not have any more resources for trade carts (and cogs, if you have a dock), sending them food and wood is a good idea. You will have plenty of resources except stone, so receiving gold tribute may be a good deal.

Reynalds Bandits (red) are no problem to deal with. They do not expand and they do not have to be extinguished completely. They also do not start attacking on their own, but stay at their camps, sometimes protecting resources like gold and stone. You can find most of them at the left upper corner of the map.

Reynalds Pirates (blue) are a growing danger. As the are located at the small island in the west, it takes them a while to build troops and ships. Once they are able to, they will regularly attack your town with 3-6 cavaliers and one or two onagers. They will also attack your docks, so do not build them too early. To get rid of them, send your troops to the west and use transport ships to reach their island. Taking the long way over the ocean is also possible, but slows down your supply chain. Include rams to eliminate their guard towers and the castle in the corner. Also it would be wise to upgrade all mounted units and use knights.

[edit] Saladin 3

Get the relic to the marked area

Save yourself some trouble by not trying to destroy any enemy bases. Just defend your own base while at the same time creating massive amounts of skirmishers. Build a Mosque as well. When you are about ready, send some priests supported by your skirmishers to the west breaking your own wall. Bust through the palisades and kill the monks inside. Snatch the relic and get it back fast. You might want to bring your mangonel for the walls and keep making skirmishers in case everybody dies the first time. If you are not that quick, focus on the British base first. Once their attacks (archers and scorpions) come to an end, it's pretty easy to go for the relic.

[edit] Saladin 4

Your objective is to destroy the 5 towers of Jerusalem. You have to be quick at the beginning. First of all, two relics can be captured. One is located at the Hospitallers base on the left, and the other one is on the right edge of the map. Furthermore, as you must not destroy any Jerusalem monastery, you only got one chance to do this.

It's a good idea to settle down near the relic at the right. Jerusalem is quick, and with your town center you can defend it until your monastery is built. In the meantime, pick your army and wipe out the Hospitallers. They have little defense, but troops from Jerusalem and the Knights Templars may aid them. After that, go further to the south and destroy some farms and camps. This will result in a loss of your weakened units, but it's okay since it also damages your enemies. Your town should now be ready to produce new units. Build some towers and do a little research until the first attack will arrive. Most of the times rams will be used, so this will slow down Jerusalems attacks. It should be easy to withstand.

When destroying the five towers, remember two of them are bombard towers. It's not a good idea to attack with rams, but bombard cannons are great. Protect them with hussars, and this game should be easy to win.

[edit] Saladin 5

There are three enemy civilizations, and one ally.

The game starts of with three villagers. Produce more villagers quickly since you'll need to collect resources as quickly as possible in order to create an army.

You will be constantly be attacked by 2 teams, one on your eastern wall and one on your docks. Keep plenty of fire ships to fight off the war galleons. Build a castle on the eastern wall by breaking down one of your houses.

At 13 minutes, the civilization in the south west corner starts building a wonder. They do take their time, so don't rush in. Build many Marmalukes, which are able to act like archers but cause damange like cavalry. Also keeps some marmalukes behing the eastern walls to repel attacks. You will be attacked by trebuchets as well.

Once you have a decent army, attack the south west civilization. They have plenty of archers and towers, so make sure you carry trebuchets and bombard cannons in order to destroy the towers and the wonder. Once you destroy the wonder and the few villagers trapped within the city, they will resign.

Since you only need to destroy one other civilization, concentrate on the small island civilization in the north. Send bombard ships and station them away from the bombard towers. With enough ships (and support of galleons and fire ships), destroying them should be easy.

[edit] Saladin 6

Build and Protect the wonder

Building the wonder triggers increased enemy response so preparing a bit before starting building it could be smart. Don't bother attacking enemy bases, it just gives the other enemies the time they need to destroy your base. Try not to lose towers and castles. When sending cavalry units to kill enemy siege weapons, don't get caught up in a fight with any other enemy forces; you want to lead them in to the range of the castles. Building the wonder takes a long time, so set all your workers to construct it. The timer itself is relatively fast.
