Things in GracieGrace fetch pretty high bell prices. If you have just started playing the game and don't have many bells, don't consider this store. There are also expensive fashion items in the store.
[edit] Auction House
The Auction House works on a "blind bid" system, meaning you won't know if you've placed the highest bid until the Auction Mail comes. If you did, they will send you the item. If you don't, you get your money back.
[edit] Putting Something Up For Bid
The auction house only appects clothing and fuinture items. If you put up something for bid, the groyd who owns the Auction House will ask you to decide upon a minimum bidding price. For example, if you put a Work Uniform up and decided on a minimum bid of 5 bells, you will recieve 5 bells or more if your item is sold, as no one will be able to bid lower than that.

Got something in your closet? Use the checkroom to go and get it. All the items you placed in the checkroom will be in your closet in your house.
[edit] Kicks
Kicks is a shoe shining skunk who can change your shoe colour or style. This will not work if you are wearing an outfit that you designed yourself. Only outfits you buy from Able Sister's or GracieGrace. He will not be there all the time though. He comes to the city on a random time each week, and is never out at night.

Shampoodle is a salon owned by Harriet which change your hairstlye and wear a Mii Mask. In previous Animal Crossing games, Shampoodle was part of Nookingtons.
[edit] Hairsytle Change
Harriet will ask you some questions. Answer carefully because this will determine the style of the finished haircut. Then after she's done, she asks you whether you want your hair colour to be warm or cold.

Then the hairdryer goes over your head; when it pops up you have a new hairstyle!

One of the new features of City Folk is you can look like a Mii on Mii Channel. You select a Mii, and the first time you do this it is free.
[edit] Crazy Redd's
You can't go in unless you have an invitation. Someone from your town will get a "!" and then run up to you and give you an invitation. Beware: Redd has forged paintings you buy expensive but sell very cheap. If you take one of his paintings to Blathers, he will tell you that it is forged. Don't buy anything from his shop unless you want it or it goes with your theme.

Phineus will appear at any random time in the week, and he stands to the left of the fountain. If you talk to him, you can ask him to give you something. You have a selection of four items.
- Pinwheel:A Pinwheel that turns as you run along.
- Bubble Wand:You can use this to blow bubbles.
- Balloon:A normal-shaped balloon.
- Bunny Balloon:A balloon shaped like a rabbit's head.
You can choose any of the four but you can only have one item. To get another prize, you'll have to wait until Phineus comes back again.
