Head east, south, south, and enter the cave. Grab the Letter, you need this for later. Head west five screens and south one screen. Here you'll need the Blue Candle; currently the only way to get this is via the cheat, 7E742401. Use the Candle to burn down the trees across the bridge, head south, and enter Dungeon 3.
