Mission map
Primary objectives
  • Defend the two soulstones for twenty minutes
  • Clear a path for Rogan into town

Layout[edit]

In this mission, you start in the middle and are provided with four wells, 1 monument, and four ice towers. To the left and right is another power well and monument, giving you a total of six wells and 3 monuments. To the north of the city are three power wells, and further north is one monument with two wells covered by one anti-ground turret. South of the city are two wells, and the southern end have two more wells.

The enemy attacks from the four corners, with units appearing from a cave and the base. Each base has light defences.

Walkthrough[edit]

You start in the center of the map, and need to defend from attacks coming from four directions. At the start, you will be attacked immediately by a few small units. Once you repelled the initial wave, start fortifying; you should have access to three monuments if you want to create heavier units.

Future enemy waves will be mostly small ground units, with a mix of Twilgith Creeps. Once the first 10 minute timer passes, the frequency and strength of attacks will increase, but you will be assisted by

First, build walls to the south and prevent any attacks coming from that direction. At the same time, claim the three power wells directly north-east of your starting area, and claim the monument to the north; if done correctly, Rogan should arrive by the time you clear the path for him. Rogan will arrive and partrol with his own forces between the two soulstones.

As the frequency of attacks will increase, you will need to launch a counter attack. At the four corners of the map are enemy camps that spawn additional units. Destroying the large building in the center will slow down attacks from that direction, eventually slowing attacks to only a trickle.

In the final minute, you will hear a bullhorn to announce a large wave of units approaching from all directions. They will mostly be Twilight Deathgliders, but will also be supported by a ground attack force as well. However, they should not be a threat because they only arrive one minute before the end, which is more than enough time to hold off the attackers.
