World 7-1[edit]

  • Unlike the other vertical stages that you've encountered before, this one sees you traveling from the top to the bottom. As a result, gravity is both your friend and your enemy. It will help you speed through the stage faster, but it makes it harder to see what's coming up as you fall. You must be careful of spikes as you descend. Fortunately, there's an item box with a heart right when you start the stage. Jump up to the highest lego platform on the right by jumping on the wooden horse.
  • From the first drop, it is safer to fall to the right. Then as you continue to drop, watch out for a small spiked platform in the middle. Most of these platforms will be occupied by red dolls, which you can hit with your rattle in mid-air and create a safe landing platform.
  • When you fall through a narrow channel in the middle, push left or right immediately to avoid falling on the spikes below. Either path will be safe as long as you stay on the edge of the screen, although the left path is a little easier to navigate through.
  • When you drop down to the middle of the stage, the night sky will be visible in the background. Moving platforms will float left and right and you proceed towards the bottom. You aren't required to fall on them, but landing on them can help control your descent and prevent you from making a mistake below.
  • After the last floating block, fall down through the center, and head to the left side. The next few passageways are filled with enemies. While you can rattle them, if you hit them forward, they will ricochet off the wall and hit you, so be careful. To survive the fall over the bed of green spikes, rattle the red doll that walks on them while you are falling, so that you can land on him first and hop off to the left.
  • After dropping down to a vertically moving platform, hop up and over to the red orb on the right, and then fall down the right side of the screen. Then drop through the gap in the platform and move slightly to the left as you fall. When you reach a solid pink platform, very carefully drop down the left side and immediately push right as you fall. You'll have to do the same thing again in order to reach the item box on the very bottom which contains a milk jar. After you collect it, carefully hop over the two green spikes, and then enter the gap in the right wall to reach the boss.
World 7-1 boss
  • Boss: The boss of this stage is another large pink pig. There are no surprises here at all. There are no other platforms in the room, so both you and the boss must occupy the floor. But the openings in either wall are connected, so you can cross over from one side to the other. In short, this fight is a much simpler version of the fight that you had with the walrus boss, since the pig cannot do anything to protect himself from attacks. Unlike any previous fight with a pig boss, it's possible to hit and defeat this boss with all three of the initial red dolls that the pig spits at you. Hit him with three inflated enemies and the treasure chest will fall from the ceiling.

World 7-2[edit]

  • This stage starts off be immediately introducing a new enemy, the porcu-bomb. It will approach you, and when it gets close enough, it flashes briefly before popping and exploding into three projectiles that travel in different directions. Your best defense against this foe is to rush in and trigger its explosion, then jump over the two projectiles that travels forward.
  • Rattle the first red doll that you encounter, and use it as a platform to reach the upper path. If you can, leap over the gap to stay along the upper path. Otherwise, fall down and carefully hop over the gaps to continue right. On the other side, you will encounter a second new enemy, bouncing flames. The flames perform two small hops before making one tall hop. They cannot be rattled and inflated, so you can only avoid them.
  • Use a blue doll to float up to the next high platform. After you cross, you will see an item box below that contains a heart. Be sure to drop down and collect it before you continue through the second half. Just watch out for the two porcu-bombs that patrol the nearby platform.

  • Ride from one floating platform to the next until you reach stationary blocks again. When you see a picture frame on the wall containing a painting of the demon Zai, Upa's nemesis, a third new enemy will appear. A pink elephant will use its wings to fly across the screen, and toss rice balls at you. If you can reach it, rattle it before it has the chance to attack.
World 7-2 boss
  • Use the red doll just beyond to float up to the high platform near the ceiling. This path will help you avoid the remainder of the elephants that fly through the screen. However, they won't simply fly off the screen. They will likely follow you as you continue to the right. So you'll still have to deal with them when you reach the boss.
  • Boss: The boss is another large pink pig, the last one you will face in the game. The floor where the pig appears is broken up into sections, but the blocks on the far right won't help you attack the boss very much. Instead, you're better off staying on the central platform with the pig. It takes three hits to defeat the boss, which shouldn't be too difficult considering how much practice you've had. Then rattle the treasure chest open and be on your way to the final stage of the game.

World 7-3[edit]

  • The final world is composed of many sections. The first section (broken up into two halves) is like a traditional stage. From the start, you'll need to use a flying blue doll as a platform to cross the first long gap. You may be tempted to fly up to the conveyor belt near the ceiling, but you should try to take the lower path. It's full of spikes, but in the middle is an item box containing a heart. You can use the various dolls in the area as platforms that will help you safely float over the spikes.
  • There's a gap in the ceiling, but if you float up through it, you will return to the start of the stage. After letting two flames hop over Upa on their third bounce, you'll need to inflate a flying blue doll to float up and over the tall column of blocks. On the other side, the middle platform contains an item box with a heart.

  • Once again, a gap over the top pathway will send you back to the start if you jump through it. Beyond the spikes, jump along the orbs and the conveyor belts until you reach the long conveyor belts at the end. The top and bottom belts have porcu-bombs, while the middle belt has hopping flames. As a result, no pathway is particularly safe.
  • When you reach the end of the conveyor belts, jump on top of the floating platform, and hop up through the ceiling. This is the one gap in the ceiling that you can jump through to advance to the next section.

  • In this short section, you must proceed to the right, and jump up on to the red orbs above the spikes to avoid taking damage. Watch out for the flying blue dolls that pass through the area. Use them to help you reach the red orbs that you must jump on, and over to the gap in the ceiling at the end of the section. Jump up through the gap to reach the next section.

  • This section is even shorter than the last. Like a bonus room of sorts, you can collect two extra lives and a heart if you're careful. To collect the heart, perform two very short jumps by tapping A button so that you only rise two levels at a time. Walk directly over the column of "E" blocks, and fall into the gap that you come to as soon as possible. Do not push right any more of the heart box will scroll off the screen. Return to the left and fall down through the gap to the floor to strike the box. After collecting the heart, jump back up to reach the extra life in the far right item box. Then return to the left to collect the second extra life in the highest box. When you're done, jump up through the ceiling to the next section.

  • Jump on top of the two thin columns and wait for a flying blue doll to appear that you can rattle and ride over the large gap in the floor. If you want another heart, aim for the lower platform, but if you have five full hearts, you're better off staying on the top platform.
  • As you jump across the red orbs, two yellow elephants will fly on to the screen, at different heights, and bomb you with rice balls. Rattle them if you can to avoid getting hit and knocked off the orbs. Then jump on to the floating platform beyond. From there, you must jump on a stationary red platform, which will fall as soon as you touch it. Jump off of it immediately to reach the safety of the pink platform.
  • Use a flying blue doll to escape from the pink platform, and continue to the maze of blocks and small platforms occupied by red dolls. Inflate the ones you can reach, but be careful not to push them into the wall so that they bounce back and hit you. Reach the gap in the upper right corner of the ceiling and hop up to reach the next section.

  • The final section of this stage is a vertical climb from the bottom to the top. From your start in the lower left corner cross over to the right side, and hop up the platforms to the red orbs above.
  • Take whichever path above that you like, either hoping from orb to orb on the right or riding the platforms up on the left. You can even switch mid-way. Once you reach the top, you can jump up through the light blue lego blocks to reach the section where the stage boss awaits.
World 7-3 boss
  • Boss: The boss of this stage is a third and final snake. His flame attack has changed once again to three short burst of fire that travel straight until they hit the central wall. The spikes at the top of the ceiling are deadly and should be avoided. As usual, the sides of the screen wrap around, which you can use to your advantage. Blue dolls will fall from the center of the ceiling. They will drop to the left or right, depending on which side Upa is. You have to find a way to inflate them and send them careening into the snake five times in order to defeat him. However, finding the right opportunity to inflate the dolls and push them into the snake, while generally avoiding the snake and his flames can be tricky. In general, the longer you can occupy the floor, the better. You can hit the blue dolls that fall from the ceiling, and push them into the center where they will bounce off the wall and come flying back and hit the snake. Remember to jump over them when they ricochet off the wall. If you have more than one heart, and killing the boss means taking a little damage, sometimes it's worth it to finish the snake off quickly.

Final boss Zai[edit]

Upon defeating the snake, no treasure chest will appear. Instead, you will arrive in a new room with all of your health restored. Zai will appear directly above you, and he will summon three underlings to float beside his cloud. Like the pig boss that you fought at the end of World 6-3, Zai's cloud can emit lightning bolts. He will create three pairs at a time. To defeat Zai, you will have to use the platforms to leap up and inflate the underlings. After you do, they will float up and pop, but they won't be defeated. Instead, they will drop down and bounce along the floor. This way, you can use them by inflate them and launching them at Zai. Try to get them to bounce around in the middle of the floor where it is easiest to hit them. Let them rise up a bit before launching them so that you don't send them flying forward where they can possibly hit you. It take seven hits from inflated underlings to defeat Zai. Upon his defeat, a red treasure chest will fall from the ceiling, and out will pop seven babies. Then you will be treated to the game's ending and watch credits while Upa takes a well deserved nap. Congratulations.
