The Bike Races are unlocked once you complete the Beach Rumble mission in chapter 2.

[edit] Old Bullworth Vale
There are seven races in Old Bullworth Vale, with prize money rising from $20 all the way up to $50. The signup sheet for the races is beside the bike garage at the bike shop near the beach.
[edit] Bullworth Town
There are four bike races in Bullworth Town, with prize money from $20 to $35. Sign up beside the Bullworth Town bike shop.
[edit] New Coventry
New Coventry only has two bike races - the first will earn you $30, and the second $40. The signup sheet is beside the Bike Park near the railway tracks.
[edit] Bullworth Academy Championship Race
This race is only unlocked after all the other races have been completed, and has prize money of $50, along with the bike helmet, bike jersey and a trophy added to Jimmy's dorm room. The signup sheet is beside the carpark on the West side of the Bullworth Academy main building.
