Once the background has reappeared in front of Hiromi, you will come up to two asteroids, on the left and right sides of the screen; once you have fired off enough shots at both of them, to destroy them, eighteen Zako-023 will come flying towards you from the right and left sides of the screen. Once you have fired off a shot at each of them to kill them you will come to a third asteroid on the right side of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at it to destroy it, fourteen more Zako-023 will come flying towards you from the left and right sides of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come up to a fourth asteroid on the left side of the screen; once you have fired enough shots at it to destroy it, nineteen Zako-020 will come flying towards you in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to twenty-six spiked balls that are shooting flames down at you from their positions on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you've fired enough shots at each of them to destroy them, you will come to twenty more asteroids in the centre of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at each of these, to destroy them, a twentieth Zako-020 will come flying towards you, in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at it to kill it, six Zako-036 will fly away from you, on the right side of the screen; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, a twenty-first Zako-020 will come flying towards you in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at it, to kill it, you will come to three satellites, in the centre of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at all of these to kill them, eight more Zako-036 will fly away from you, on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you have fired out a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to a twenty-fifth asteroid in the centre of the screen; once you have fired enough shots at it to destroy it, six more Zako-036 will fly away from you upon the left side of the screen. Once you have fired off a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to a twenty-sixth asteroid in the centre of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at it to destroy it three more Zako-020 will come flying towards you in the centre of, on the right side of and on the left side of the screen. Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come to sixteen more asteroids in the centre of the screen; once you have fired enough shots at each of these, to destroy them, you will come to two more satellites on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you have fired enough shots at both of these, to destroy them, three Zako-008 will fly away from you on the left and right sides of the screen - and once you've fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you will come to twelve more asteroids in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired enough shots at each of these, to destroy them, you will come to two more satellites in the centre of the screen; once you have fired enough shots at both of them, to destroy them, four Zako-044 will come flying into view from the left and right sides of the screen. Once you fire a shot at each of these to kill them, six Zako-022 will come flying into view from behind you on the left and right sides of the screen - and once you have fired a shot at each of these, to kill them, ten Zako-046 will come flying into view from behind you at the top of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come to five more asteroids in the centre of the screen; once you have fired enough shots at each of them to destroy them eight more Zako-044 will come flying into view from the left and right sides of the screen. Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to forty gold spikes, in the centre of the screen - and once you have fired enough shots at each of these to destroy them, you will come to an "H" powerup. Once you've collected it you will come to twenty-four more gold spikes and three more asteroids in the centre of the screen; once you've fired enough shots at each of these to destroy them, the world's boss will come down into view from the top of the screen (upside-down), and rotate 90 degrees anticlockwise so that it's right side up. It'll now start firing five projectiles at you from the first cannon on its right side - and once you have fired enough shots at the cannon to destroy it, it'll start firing larger homing missiles at you from its seven smaller green portholes. Once you have fired enough shots at each of these portholes, to destroy them, it will start firing three spiralling projectiles at you from the cannon on its left side; once you've fired enough shots at this cannon, to destroy it, it will start firing four projectiles at you from the second cannon on its right side. Once you have fired enough shots at this cannon, to destroy it, it will start firing green lasers at you, from its three larger red portholes - and once you have fired enough shots at each of these portholes, to destroy them, three centipede-like creatures will emerge from them and start spitting flames at you. Once you have fired enough shots at each of them to kill them (for 1000 points apiece) the boss will tilt to the right and explode for 60000 points; Hiromi will then move to the centre of the screen as the text "CLEARED" appears above her. You'll then receive 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining, and 100000 points for every life you have remaining - and Hiromi will then fly away into the distance as the screen fades out and the game's ending theme begins to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151. You can now sit back and enjoy the ending, which depicts a hat with the letters "SF" (for "Space Fighter") on it coming down into view from the top of the screen, as Hiromi's head comes up into view from the bottom of the screen:

今からあなたは (Ima kara anata ha)

スペースファイターです (Supēsufaitādesu) さあ宇宙ヘ (Sā uchū he)

かくして、 天現寺ひろみは (Kakushite, Tengenji Hiromi ha) スペースファイターの称号を (Supēsufaitā no shōgō wo) 与えられ (Atae rare)

新しい世界へ旅立ちます. (Atarashī sekai he tabidachimasu.)

You will then be treated to a cutscene of Hiromi jumping into an enormous spaceship and taking off from the left side of the screen before flying off into the distance again; four shooting stars will then spell the word "END •" on the screen before it fades out and an extended version of the "Mothership"'s theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 as the game's staff credits start to roll next to a picture of Hiromi in her new "Space Fighter" outfit:

After the credits have finished and the screen has faded out, the game will go into high-score mode; your score will most likely be the highest one on the cabinet to date, so you should enter your initials up at the top of the table with pride. Once you have done it, the game will just go back into attract mode.
