Call of Duty 2 (PPC) | Table of Contents | Walkthrough

This page will explain the basic controls and what each icon is on the HUD.

[edit] Controls

  • D-Pad - Moves you forward, backwards, to the left and to the right
  • Stylus - Allows you to look around the battlefield, touch the edge of the screen to zoom in
  • Center Button - Fire
  • Center Button - Melee if the enemy is near
  • Soft Button 3 - Reload
  • Soft Button 4 - Throw grenade
  • Hard Button - Change weapon
  • Pause - Show objectives

[edit] HUD

  • Action (Bottom right) will allow you to pick up weapons, open doors or plant explosives.
  • Crosshair (Middle) allows you to aim more precisely.
  • Ammunition Counter (Lower) tells you how much ammunition you have.
  • Pause (Top right) takes you to the pause screen.
  • Toggle Pose (Top left) toggles you from standing to crouching.
  • Reload (Bottom left) lets you reload your current weapon.
