Watch in horror as one of the buildings falls down in front of you.
This is a cutscene level, mainly. You can move around but the level will end after a certain amount of time or if you venture too far in the level. You will move very slowly but once you get out of the helicopter you can stand up. Using the cheat "Ragtime Warfare" will make you speed up. Note that if you move into the playground, you will hear ghostly voices of children.
