Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare/Boot Camp

Boot Camp is the first set of challenges you unlock. You will get them after rank 9, these challenges will give you points for doing certain things (most of these are easy.) This table will show you all of them, the XP points earned and tactics to get them.

Chopper Inbound	9	Call in a chopper	50	Fairly simple, kill 7 enemies in a row without dying and call in a chopper
Flyswatter	9	Shoot Down a Helicopter	250	It is usually best to do this with a machine-gun as it very quick and effective, Downpour is a good map to do this on.
Marathon	12	Sprint for 26 Miles	250	This challenge will probably take the longest time to do, so don't attempt to do it in one go, but instead of walking, run, this is a good tactic anyway so try and use it and it will help get you closer to the 250 XP.
Goodbye	12	Fall 30 feet to your death	250	There is a building near the Crashed plane on the map crash, it is four stories high and jumping off it will give you the experience. Also, in District look for the well between both sets of stone steps and jump in. The map Countdown has several missile silos – jump into one of those will give you the challenge.
Base Jump	12	Fall 15 feet or more and survive	250	Jumping off the top of most buildings or high ledges will give you this as long as you are on or near full health
Crouch Shot I	12	Kill 5 enemies while crouching	50	You should crouch behind cover when you are looking for people to kill or need to recover health, if you kill some people while like this then you will earn the XP.
Crouch Shot II	12	Kill 15 enemies while crouching	100	You should crouch behind cover when you are looking for people to kill or need to recover health, if you kill some people while like this then you will earn the XP.
Crouch Shot III	12	Kill 30 enemies while crouching	250	You should crouch behind cover when you are looking for people to kill or need to recover health, if you kill some people while like this then you will earn the XP.
Prone Shot I	15	Kill 5 enemies while being prone	50	You should probably take a light machine-gun and go prone on a hill so you can see down, then just kill enemies if they get near, you could also do this with a sniper rifle.
Prone Shot II	15	Kill 15 enemies while being prone	100	You should probably take a light machine-gun and go prone on a hill so you can see down, then just kill enemies if they get near, you could also do this with a sniper rifle.
Prone Shot III	15	Kill 30 enemies while being prone	250	You should probably take a light machine-gun and go prone on a hill so you can see down, then just kill enemies if they get near, you could also do this with a sniper rifle.
Grenade Kill I	15	Kill an enemy with a grenade	50	You could use the martyrdom perk to do this or you could throw a grenade into every building you see, as you get another one when you respawn, it is not really a waste, you could also wait until you see an enemy or a group, cook it and throw it. The Sonic Boom perk might also help.
Grenade Kill II	15	Kill 5 enemies with a grenade	100	You could use the martyrdom perk to do this or you could throw a grenade into every building you see, as you get another one when you respawn, it is not really a waste, you could also wait until you see an enemy or a group, cook it and throw it. Grenade Kill III	15	Kill 10 enemies with a grenade	250	You could use the martyrdom perk to do this or you could throw a grenade into every building you see, as you get another one when you respawn, it is not really a waste, you could also wait until you see an enemy or a group, cook it and throw it. Point Guard I	15	Get 5 Assists	50	An assist is where you damage an enemy but do not kill them and a team-mate kills them, you will get an assist, they give you 1/5th of the score of a kill usually, it is usually a good idea to throw a grenade or use a rocket launcher in an enemy area in a team game (all except free for all) and you will get some kills and maybe a few assists. You may also just aim to shoot them a few times and not kill them but this is quite dangerous.

X-Ray Vision I	15	Kill an enemy through a surface	100	Get the deeper impact perk and wait until you attack an enemy, fire at him and if he crouches under a surface, spray that surface with bullets until he dies.
X-Ray Vision II	15	Kill 5 enemies through a surface	250	Get the deeper impact perk and wait until you attack an enemy, fire at him and if he crouches under a surface, spray that surface with bullets until he dies.
X-Ray Vision III	15	Kill 15 enemies through a surface	250	Get the deeper impact perk and wait until you attack an enemy, fire at him and if he crouches under a surface, spray that surface with bullets until he dies.
Vandalism I	18	Blow up a car	50	Go for a map with a lot of cars and destroy them with grenades, machine-guns or explosive devices.
Vandalism II	18	Blow up 5 cars	100	Go for a map with a lot of cars and destroy them with grenades, machine-guns or explosive devices.
Vandalism III	18	Blow up 15 cars	250	Go for a map with a lot of cars and destroy them with grenades, machine-guns or explosive devices.
Exposed I	18	Call in a UAV 5 times	50	Call in a UAV whenever you can, even when you're aiming for a helicopter/airstrike, it takes a few seconds and it will help you with targeting the airstrike. It will also get you closer to this achievement. You will still get it even if you die.
Exposed II	18	Call in a UAV 10 times	100	Call in a UAV whenever you can, even when you're aiming for a helicopter/airstrike, it takes a few seconds and it will help you with targeting the airstrike. It will also get you closer to this achievement. You will still get it even if you die.
Exposed III	18	Call in a UAV 20 times	250	Call in a UAV whenever you can, even when you're aiming for a helicopter/airstrike, it takes a few seconds and it will help you with targeting the airstrike. It will also get you closer to this achievement. You will still get it even if you die.
Backdraft I	18	Destroy 1 Enemy Explosive Device	50	You should probably use the Bomb Squad perk to see the explosives and shoot them or throw a grenade at them.
Backdraft II	18	Destroy 5 Enemy Explosive Device	100	You should probably use the Bomb Squad perk to see the explosives and shoot them or throw a grenade at them.
Backdraft III	18	Destroy 15 Enemy Explosive Device	250	You should probably use the Bomb Squad perk to see the explosives and shoot them or throw a grenade at them.
Knife Veteran I	18	Knife 1 Enemy and kill them	50	You can creep up on an enemy looking out a window and knife them, find a crowded map and run up behind someone or follow someone a long way and knfie them, whatever you want to do.
Knife Veteran II	18	Knife 5 Enemies and kill them	100	You can creep up on an enemy looking out a window and knife them, find a crowded map and run up behind someone or follow someone a long way and knfie them, whatever you want to do.
Knife Veteran III	18	Knife 15 Enemies and kill them	250	You can creep up on an enemy looking out a window and knife them, find a crowded map and run up behind someone or follow someone a long way and knfie them, whatever you want to do.
