Clock tower[edit]

Secrets[edit]

  • 1-Up crystal: in the room after all the clockwork areas, in the upper-right wall.

Boss[edit]

If Richter Belmont saved Annet, he will fight Death. Otherwise, he will fight Carmilla.

Bad Ending Boss: Carmilla[edit]

If Richter did not save Annet, she will transform into Carmilla.

Her main method of attack is her eyes. They may either turn into balls of fire that home in on Richter, swirl around the clock tower together, or turn blue and launch lightning bolts.

When defeated, Carmilla will explode, and her eyes will attempt to fall on Richter before exploding themselves.

Good Ending Boss: Death[edit]

True to his nature in most Castlevania games, Death is a very tough boss. He flies around, flinging his trademark small scythes to attack Richter. Like the werewolf, he also has considerable knockback when hit, which drags the fight on longer.

When his health is reduced to less than half, he will begin pulsing before flying up and appearing on the clocktower to fight Richter in a more direct manner. He attacks by swinging his scythe, which does HUGE damage. Furthermore, when he is pushed to the edge of the tower, he will jump in the air and spin in Richter's direction. It is very easy to fall off the tower while trying to dodge this attack - be very careful!
