D3Publisher is a Japanese publisher of console games. In Japan they are best known for the Simple series of games, usually named for their price and based on simple ideas that can be developed quickly on a low budget. In the US, they're known mostly for publishing small developers, some of the Naruto titles, and some Cartoon Network-licensed titles.
