Left 4 Dead is a series of survival horror FPS games developed by Valve Software for Windows and the Xbox 360. The focus of the games is on co-operative multiplayer, pitting 4 players against the massive hordes of undead. One of the major centerpieces of the game is an AI "Director" that sets the pace of the game and item spawns, creating higher replayability from a somewhat limited set of environments and scenarios.
