Mana Khemia is a series of RPGs developed by Gust and published in the US by NIS America. The series is a spiritual successor to the Atelier Iris series, with the first two games referred to as Project A9 and Project A10.
The games focus on the students of a school of alchemy (Al-Revis Academy). The gameplay involves collecting recipes and ingredients to produce items through alchemy, which also allows the characters to increase their skills and abilities.
