The table below maps player skills to training drills. Although it is not possible to assign training drills explicitly, it is possible to select a training program in a list ("Defensive", "Midfield", "Attack", "Fitness", "Tactical", "Tackling", "Passing", "Shooting", "Pre-Season"). The training assistant then automatically produces a schedule composed of training drills.

To improve a particular skill, e.g. "Concentration", choose a training program composed of a large portion of the corresponding training drills, i.e. "Core Stability", "Defending 1v1", "Defending 2v2", "Defending Phase" and "Keep Ball". These training drills appear in training programs "Midfield", "Tackling" and "Fitness"
