Tao is the Sanderson's black and white dog. He is not very friendly to Chibi-Robo at first, and is the terror of the Free Rangers. All may not be as it seems however, as certain incidents occur. Sophie is Tao's dog toy, and his dog house is located in the kitchen.

- In the Backyard, next to the house.
Night:
- In the Living Room, on the sofa.
