Don't tell Marvel, but this powerset may remind you of a certain scrappy member of the X-Men. The Claws powerset is versatile. You will not excel at any one thing, but you don't have any glaring deficiencies either. Claws is the only scrapper powerset besides Spines to have a ranged attack. There are some decent single target attacks, some good cone attacks, and an AoE. Endurance costs tend to be relatively light.
