Gloves are the level system in the game. Licenses allow you to race in more different rooms. You can take a license test if you reach certain levels. There are five licenses - Beginner, Rookie, L3, L2, and L1.

Gloves are the basic level system. You get RP after races, how much you get depends on what place you get. It is possible to get no RP in a race - if you don't finish. You can also lose RP - if you're playing team and the other team gets a perfect. (every single racer on the other team finishes before every single racer on your team)
