BOSS: Ultimate-Tiger (ウルティメイトタイガー) - This enormous "triple-cross" between Multi-Squid, Shark-Mouth, and Twin-Claw attacks by firing lasers from the centre of his body, bubbles from his left arm, and projectiles from his right arm while spitting centipedes out of his mouth (and the second and fourth of these can get destroyed by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece); as with Multi-Squid and Shark-Mouth, his mouth is his only vulnerable point, and once you have fired enough shots into it while it is open to defeat him, you will receive 60000 points as he emits a scream of death and explodes. You will also receive 300000 more points once he has done so, as the text "DESTROYED THE TARGET!" appears on the screen - however, as with Triple-Eye, the Strike-Ants, Roller-Snail, Hunter-Moth, the aforementioned Multi-Squid Shark-Mouth and Twin-Claw (along with Monster-Mouth), he will retreat if you take too long over defeating him, and the text "MISSED THE TARGET ENEMY!!" will appear on the screen for the final time. No matter how long you may take over defeating Danger-Seed, he will never retreat.
Walkthrough[edit]
Once the screen has faded back in, five Semi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you; once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them an Enormous Hebi will come scuttling towards you from the left side of the screen. Once you've fired a shot at each of his twenty-five segments to kill him, five more Semi shall come flying towards you from the right side of the screen - and once you have fired off a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to a single Neptunian Dial, which is firing projectiles at you from its position in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at it to kill it, five more Semi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you; once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you'll come to two Green Soko which are firing projectiles at you from their positions in the centre of the screen. Once you've fired a shot at both of them to kill them, five more Semi will come flying towards you while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, a Big Kurage shall come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while waving his tentacles at you. Once you have fired enough shots at him to defeat him, he will explode and you will come to two more Green Soko which are firing projectiles at you from their positions in the centre of the screen; once you have fired off a shot at both of these to kill them, five more Semi will fly towards you from the left side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to a red Turtle in the centre of the screen - and once you have fired a shot at it to destroy it, it shall leave a Hyper-Bomb (or Special-Bonus, if you have the maximum of four Hyper-Bombs in storage) behind for you. Once you've collected the Hyper-Bomb (or Special-Bonus), you shall come to two more Green Soko which are firing projectiles at you from their positions in the centre of the screen; once you have fired off a shot at both of them to kill them another Big Kurage will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while waving his tentacles at you. Once you have fired enough shots at him to defeat him, he will explode and five more Semi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, five more Semi shall come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, two American Zarigani will come down from the top of the screen and proceed to fire off eight small machine-gun-like bullets at you (which can be blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece); once you have fired enough shots at both of them to defeat them, they will explode and five more Semi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, five more Semi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired out a shot at each of these to kill them, five more Semi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, three more American Zarigani shall come down from the top of the screen, and proceed to fire eight small machine-gun-like bullets at you (which, again, can be blocked by your own shots, for 50 extra points apiece); once you have fired enough shots at each of these to defeat them, they'll explode and five more Semi shall come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them, five more Semi shall fly towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to two Gufu, which are backing away from you while firing projectiles at you from their positions in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a Hyper-Bomb at both of them to kill them (they are the only enemies in the game who are invulnerable to your normal shots), you'll come to two Channels which are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the left and right sides of the screen; once you have fired a shot at both of them to kill them you'll come to a red Turtle and a yellow Turtle on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at both of these, to destroy them, they shall leave a Hyper-Bomb and an Energy-Capsule behind - and once you have collected the Hyper-Bomb and Energy-Capsule you will come to two more Gufu which are backing away from you while firing projectiles at you from their positions in the centre of the screen. Once you have fired a Hyper-Bomb at both of these to kill them (again, they are the only enemies in this game who are invulnerable to your normal shots), you shall come to six more Channels which are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the left and right sides of the screen; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, five more Semi shall come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them, to kill them, three more American Zarigani shall come down from the top of the screen and proceed to fire eight small machine-gun-like bullets at you (which can once again be blocked by your own shots, for 50 extra points apiece) - and once you've fired enough shots at each of them to defeat them they will explode and five more Semi shall come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them the song you had been hearing from the Yamaha YM-2151 will fade out.
Once Ultimate-Tiger's theme (which is identical to Twin-Claw's) begins to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, five more Semi will come flying towards you from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them five more Semi will come flying towards you from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them you shall come up to Ultimate-Tiger himself (who is an enormous triple-cross between Multi-Squid, Shark-Mouth, and that aforementioned Twin-Claw) - and he will attack by firing bubbles from his left arm (which, like the machine-gun bullets that were fired at you by the American Zarigani, can get blocked by your own shots, for 50 extra points apiece), along with projectiles from his right arm and lasers from the centre of his body while he's spitting centipedes from his mouth (which can also get blocked by your own shots for 50 extra points apiece). His mouth is his only vulnerable point, and it can only be attacked while it is open (i.e. while he is spitting centipedes at you); once you have managed to fire enough shots into it to defeat him, you will receive 60000 points as he emits a scream of death and explodes. You'll also receive 300000 more points once he's done so, as the text "DESTROYED THE TARGET!!" appears upon the screen - however, as with Triple-Eye, the Strike-Ants, Roller-Snail, Hunter-Moth, that aforementioned Multi-Squid, the aforementioned Shark-Mouth, the aforementioned Twin-Claw (and Monster-Head), he will retreat if you take too long over defeating him and the text "MISSED THE TARGET ENEMY!!" will appear on the screen. But regardless of whether you managed to defeat him or not you will proceed to the eighth stage once the screen has faded out; the final target of the game is obviously Danger-Seed himself and he will never retreat regardless of how long it takes you to defeat him.
