There are 2 starting kingdoms. They are controlled entirely by either dark or light, and can not be gained by conquest by the opposing faction.

There will be 10 open kingdoms where Player-versus-Player combat will be allowed. However, only one is currently open during the Settlers of Ganareth period.

This is the only open area in Settlers Of Ganareth. When complete, this region will be under the control of Hydra.
