The generator collects ambient energy and transports it to the construction yard. However, you can't open the trunk port to the yard from this map because its control center is broken.
Of the two trunk ports you can use on this map, only one is immediatly useful.
Clear the initial island from viruses, and collect the souls. Create officers, and send the Darwinians to the generators; about 5 are needed for each panel.
Get an engineer to the control towers on the remote radar dishes and take foothold on these islands. You will notice two trifids trying to shell one island - these activate if you enter the island with any unit, including the temporary units from the airstrike.
The main generator in the center is easy to capture - get a squad out, and have it supress nearby enemies while providing cover for the engineer.
The second island has an incubator. Clear out the enemies, although if you have trouble with the trifids, send an engineer to the appropriate island's control tower, and use a single squad to kill the trifids with an airstrike.
Clear the final island. To get the Darwinians there, you need to capture the dish on the second island and aim it at the third island. Use an officer to send Darwinians through, and have them man the generators.
Once the central building reports 65 Gq/s of energy, you have completed the map.
