Six months after the attack on Sarif Industries, you've been augmented to save your life and are back at work. David Sarif wants to see you at the helipad, but first you need to check in with Pritchard upstairs to fix your retinal prosthesis. Feel free to explore the building, but take heed that your are under a time limit. If you don't make it out to the helipad in fifteen minutes (you'll get a reminder message from him when half the time is up), it will have long-lasting consequences.

Head up the stairs across the lobby and take a right around to the other end of the second floor to the tech lab where Pritchard is waiting. Speak to him to get recalibrated, then you're free to explore on your way out to the helipad.
To unlock the Paging Adam Jensen sidequest, be sure to read your email in your office on the third floor (the pocket secretary next to your computer has your code). You can use the code you receive, and subsequent ones you find, to get into employees offices for experience, credits and items. Everything is pretty straightforward, but if you get stuck on the computer code in office 32, read the sticky behind the console. You can also use the vent in that office to get into 34.
There are a couple secret places in the building, but one has a level 5 security lock on it, so it will have to wait until you come back. The other one is on the first floor, below the cafeteria. You can use the vent by the soda machine to get down an airshaft where you'll find some credits and a pocket secretary. When you're done exploring, head outside at the south end of the second or first floor to find the helipad with Faridah Malik, the pilot, waiting to take you and Sarif to the manufacturing plant.
Note on additional dialogue with Pritchard: you can choose to ignore his comment or continue to confront him. Also if went to the ladies bathroom which is on the bottom floor, behind the stairs on the left side, you'll hear two ladies chatting about you getting augmented. If you then meet Pritchard before getting your HUD stabilize or after your mission to confront Zeke, he'll mention that you didn't undergo changes to become a woman and reminds you to stay out of the lady's toilet room.
