Techniques are the attacks a Digimon can learn. The Techniques a Digimon knows will stay with it even after digivolving/degenerating. It is possible to get some interesting attack combinations by having a Digimon digivolve/degenerate into many different kinds of Digimon.

Special techniques work a lot like normal ones but there are a few key differences:

1. Each Digimon can only know 1 Special Technique.
2. A Digimon's special technique will change after digivolution/degeneration. For example: any time Gaomon digivolves into Gaogamon the special technique will always change from Beast Attack to Spiral Blow.
