Normally when you begin a new game, you start with World 1. You can choose which world you start from by using the following code:
To begin on World 2, press 
once. To begin on World 3, press twice. Then press and hold 
+
and press 
.
If you press a third time, the count will start over at World 1, and you can continue to press to chose a particular world.
