Dr. Gero was the head scientist of the evil Red Ribbon Army before Goku single-handedly destroyed the evil army. Now, Gero's out for revenge. He wants to kill Goku once and for all. Not the best fighter in the game, Gero has plenty of weaknesses, but he can still put up a fight.

Power Up
Power up Ki for stronger attacks and absorb the Fire Ki and Ki Blasts of the opponent. Dr gero level 3 power up more fast the Ki but is still more slow that the others character.
