Once Huey and Siria have reappeared at the bottom of the screen, they'll start moving forward again as the stage's main theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 and a Zakato materializes upon the right side of the screen; once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-1) flames at it to kill it the ground will start vibrating beneath you as two more Zakato materialize in the centre of and upon the left side of the screen. Once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-1) flames at both of these two to kill them, the ground will open up beneath you as a fourth Zakato materializes on the right side of the screen - and once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-1) flames at this one to kill it, five Flyers will come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you've shot an Orange (or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, three more Flyers will come flying towards you on the left side of the screen; once you've shot an Orange (or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them three more Flyers will come flying towards you on the right side of the screen. Once you have shot an Orange (or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, two Centipedes will emerge from the lava and spit projectiles at you - and once you have shot off enough Orange (or Level-1) flames at both of their heads to destroy them their bodies will retreat back into the lava. You will then come to two Turtles who are crawling towards you on that right side of the screen, while firing projectiles at you; once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them six more Flyers will come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you have shot an Orange (or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, three more Flyers will come flying towards you on that left side of the screen - and once you have shot an Orange (or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, you will come to a Red Egg in the centre of the screen. Once you have dropped a bomb upon it to destroy it, a red orb with the Star of David on it will come flying out of it towards Huey and Siria; once you have collected it, it will take its effects on Huey (or Siria, and it will also turn them back to their normal colours if they had collected either of the two orange orbs on the previous stage). Five Graia will then come flying towards you from the top of the screen; once you have shot off an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, four more Flyers will come flying towards you, on that right side of the screen. Once you have shot an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of these to kill them, you will come up to an Orange Egg on the right side of the screen - and once you have dropped a bomb on this to destroy it an orange orb with a claw print on it will come flying out of it towards Huey and Siria. Once you have collected it, it will take its effects upon Huey (or Siria; it will also turn them back to its colour, if they had collected the red orb earlier). You'll then come to two more Turtles who are crawling towards you on the left side of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have dropped a bomb upon both of these to kill them, three more Flyers will come flying towards you on the left side of the screen. Once you have shot an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, an E-Ptera will come flying towards you on the right side of the screen; once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to kill him, he will explode into eight pieces of shrapnel (which must be avoided, but can be destroyed for 20 extra points apiece). Another E-Ptera will then come flying towards you, upon that left side of the screen - and once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to kill him, he will explode into eight more pieces of shrapnel (which must, again, be avoided, but can again be destroyed for 20 extra points). Two more Centipedes will then emerge from the lava and spit projectiles at you; once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at both of their heads to destroy them their bodies will retreat back into the lava. Twelve more Flyers (the thirty-fifth of whom is flashing) will then come flying towards you from the top of the screen - and once you've shot one Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, the thirty-fifth one will send a randomly-generated powerup flying towards Huey and Siria. Once you have collected it, it will take its effect upon Huey (or Siria); twenty-four more Flyers will then come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you have shot an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them the ground will start vibrating beneath you again as it opens up for a second time - and six more Flyers (the sixty-seventh of whom is flashing) will then come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you have shot one Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of these, to kill them, that sixty-seventh one will send a second randomly-generated powerup flying towards Huey and Siria; once you have collected it, it will again take its effect upon Huey (or Siria). A third E-Ptera will then come flying towards you on the right side of the screen - and once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to kill him, he will explode into eight more pieces of shrapnel (which must once again be avoided, but can again be destroyed for 20 extra points). A fourth E-Ptera will then come flying towards you upon the left side of the screen; once you have shot off enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to kill him he will explode into eight more pieces of shrapnel (which must yet again be avoided, but can yet again be destroyed for 20 extra points). Four more Flyers will then come flying towards you upon the right side of the screen - and once you've shot an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of these, to kill them, two more Zakato will materialize on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at both of these, to kill them, four more Zakato will materialize on the left and right sides of the screen; once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at each of them, to kill them, five more Graia (the seventh of whom is flashing) will come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you have shot one Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of these to kill them, the seventh one will send a third randomly-generated powerup flying towards Huey and Siria - and once you have collected it, it will once again take its effects on Huey (or Siria). Ten more Flyers will then come flying towards you upon the left and right sides of the screen; once you have shot one Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, two more Centipedes will emerge from the lava and spit projectiles at you. Once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at both of their heads to destroy them their bodies will retreat back into the lava - and two more Zakato will then materialize, on the left and right sides of the screen. Once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at both of them to kill them, two more E-Ptera will come flying towards you on the left and right sides of the screen; once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at both of them to kill them, they will explode into sixteen more pieces of shrapnel (which must for a fifth time be avoided, but can for a fifth time be destroyed for 20 extra points). Fourteen more Flyers (the eighty-ninth of whom is flashing) will then come flying towards you on the left and right sides of the screen - and once you have shot an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, the eighty-ninth one will send a fourth randomly-generated powerup flying towards Huey and Siria. Once you have collected it it will yet again take its effect upon Huey (or Siria); twenty-five more Graia will then come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you've shot one Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them you will come up to nine more Turtles that are crawling towards you in the centre of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and the sixth, seventh, ninth, eleventh and twelfth ones are flashing, so once you have dropped a bomb upon each of them, to kill them, the sixth, seventh, ninth, eleventh and twelfth ones will send five more randomly-generated powerups flying towards Huey and Siria. Once you have collected them, they will for a fifth time take their effects on Huey (or Siria); a seventh E-Ptera will then come flying towards you, upon the right side of the screen. Once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to kill him, he'll explode into eight more pieces of shrapnel (which must for a sixth time be avoided, but for a sixth time can be destroyed for 20 extra points) - and you'll then come up to Blue Egg in the centre of the screen. Once you've dropped a bomb upon it, to destroy it, a blue orb with a trident on it will come flying out of it towards Huey and Siria; once you have collected it, Huey (or Siria) will grow a third head upon the right side of his second one. You will then come to three more Turtles that are crawling towards you in the centre of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, two more E-Ptera will come flying towards you on the left side of the screen. Once you have shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at each of them to kill them, they will explode into sixteen more pieces of shrapnel (which must for a seventh time be avoided, but can for a seventh time be destroyed for 20 extra points); ten more Graia will then come flying towards you from the top of the screen. Once you've shot an Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at each of them to kill them, a tenth E-Ptera will come flying towards you on the right side of the screen - and once you've shot enough Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to kill him, he will explode into eight more pieces of shrapnel (which must for an eighth time be avoided, but can for an eighth time be destroyed for 20 extra points). A 1-hundredth Flyer will then come flying towards you on the left side of the screen; once you have shot one Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flame at him to kill him, the main theme that you had been hearing from the Yamaha YM-2151 will fade out, as Huey and Siria stop moving forward for the second time in the game.
The game's second "boss" theme will then start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 as Magma Dragon emerges from the lava whirlpool in the centre of the screen, then starts flying randomly around it while spitting small fireballs from his mouth at Huey and Siria; but once you have shot enough of your own Orange (or Level-2, or Level-1) flames at him to defeat him, he will explode into ten sections and Huey and Siria will then proceed to the third stage.
