Unlike the last few stations, your time at Station 4 doesn't start with a patrol of the area. Instead, you're thrown right into an ambush mission at the Mittron Refining Research Complex. Head south and west to get to the target, then park your car entirely within the red circle and wait for the HUV to pass by to finish the mission.
I see. So HUVs come out of there. Maybe it's related to the new HUVs we encountered earlier. We have to report it to the head office. The Research Complex is a state-owned company. There must be traitors in our midst. It's also possible that Branton has ties to the complex. He has worked for OMD before.

The city was built at the ridge of the mountain, and I heard that a huge Mittron deposit is buried under the city. Mittron mining hasn't started yet, but it's interesting that the people there have never seen HUVs, until now.

We've got a problem here. A single HUV is causing all kinds of mayhem at the Karfen Seafood Market. It seems to be the car Branton built with the stolen engine. Get over there and arrest it! But drive carefully and keep the damage to a minimum.

Here, you're tasked with stopping a lone HUV that's wreaking havoc. Head south and east to the Karfen Seafood Market, and the HUV will spawn back near Koinonia Stadium. Chase it down and destroy it to finish the mission.
HUVs seem to have become more violent. I may have to move to the mountain city, Cras, where there are hardly any HUVs. <PLAYERNAME>, I envy you. The more violent HUVs become, the more popular OMD drivers will be! In my opinion, OMD drivers also drive very recklessly. They're not much different than Branton or the HUVs...Hey, hey, I'm just kidding.

A famous basketball team has come from overseas to Koinonia Stadium. They want some doughnuts from the Fogel Bakery, but delivery will be difficult because of all the HUV activity. Let's show our visitors what the world's best doughnuts taste like! Deliver the doughnuts as quickly as possible! This is an official mission assigned by the OMD government! The pride of the island depends on you!

For someone normally so laid back, Kennis sure seems enthusiastic about this one. Head straight south from the station to reach the bakery and pick up the donuts.

Patrolling drivers have spotted a suspicious car at the East Hotel. It's highly possible that Branton's in that car. Go to the Hotel and tail it!

Time for another tailing mission. Make your way to the East hotel to make the target car appear, then follow it as it drives around, making sure to stay within the given safe range. Eventually, it'll lead you to the Star Bar, where you'll get this conversation:
Who are you? You're an OMD driver! I'm just here to have a drink... Ah! I'll never drink and drive, don't worry about that! We have a good designated driver program.

We suspect that Branton is carrying out his operations near the Jagged Road. Since that road isn't used very often, we think he is in hiding. Not many OMD drivers travel through the Jagged Road, but please head over there and sweep the area for any sign of Branton. There's no time limit to this mission, but if you cause a commotion, Branton might realize you're there, so don't hit anything!

Don't confuse the Jagged Road area described in this mission with the Battle Zone course of the same name; you're not leaving Koinonia for this mission. Your first target is on the street between the Car Repair Center and the OMD Times. You can get there however you want, but once you do, a crash limit will be imposed on each remaining leg. Next is the street between the 3rd and 4th Apartment Complexes, then it's over to Club K, then the Heavy Chemical Factory Complex, and finally the Machinery Factory Complex. Of course, you know that Branton's run off to Cras, but Erina and the rest of the OMD staff don't.
Branton didn't show up. What a disappointment...Well, either way, you did a good job. That was a pretty long drive. I'll get you rewarded properly!

A suspicious car has been detected on the Royal Overpass. Your mission is to locate and tail the car. This mission is a request from Instructor Duffy himself, so don't make any mistakes!

Another tailing mission--you know the drill by now. Head to the Royal Overpass and tail the car when it appears. Try to have a boost ready to catch up if you get out of range at the beginning. Also, watch out for the hairpin turn the car makes after getting off the Royal Bridge; if you're not paying attention, it could result in a collision and auto-fail. Your final destination is the 9th Apartment Complex, where the following conversation ensues:
Yooki: You guys!
Jan: Well, well! Yooki!
Yooki: You've definitely improved! I'm not easy to follow! Oh! <PLAYERNAME>! You have an awesome car! Very nice! You were instructed to follow me by Instructor Duffy? I knew it!
Jan: Sorry, Yooki! We had to do what we were told!
Yooki: It's OK! I know the government is watching me. You have to do your job. I'm working independently to investigate HUVs. Several other OMD drivers are doing the same. Have you heard of Team ROO?
Jan: Yooki! Team ROO really does exist?! Why are you working independently?
Yooki: Because we don't believe in the OMD government. Even though Branton has nothing to do with HUV's, the OMD has continued to try to link them to him!
Jan: What? HUVs aren't related to Branton?
Yooki: No, they're not. We're certain of it! I'm sure we can uncover the truth about HUVs in Cras! All eyes seem to be watching that city and its development.
