These attacks and special techniques are for people who are familiar with the Dynasty Warriors franchise. While a player new to this game can use them, they would be, for the most part, difficult to perform.

| Somersault back onto your feet

After Jumping, press in midair |
| Performs regular midair attack (most characters require being close to the ground to hit the enemies during a regular midair attack)

While Guarding, press before enemy attack makes contact |
| Perform a parry attack, momentarily stunning the enemy

| Change the state of the bodyguard (offensive, defensive or hold her position)
