Corporal Betsy, struggling with trauma

I Don't Hurt Anymore is quest obtained from Lieutenant Gorobets from Camp McCarren. He states that Corporal Betsy was raped during an encounter with Cook-Cook, and that she is beginning to make passes on female members of the NCR.

When you speak with Betsy, she will first mention that she does not need treatment. However, she may be instantly convinced otherwise with a Speech skill of 60, or a Medicine skill of 40. Without these skills, you will need to speak with other members of the First Recon squad.

10 of Spades will describe his experience with Betsy. He says that he was knocked out and unconscious during an attack on Cook-Cook, and feels responsible. If told that you want to help Betsy, he will recommend sending her to Dr. Usanagi.

Next, speak with Corporal Sterling. He is a former ranger, and was transferred to First Recon. He states that he was tortured, and that not wanting treatment is a pride issue.

Finally, speak with Sergeant Bitter-Root. His experience with the Great Khans and the massacre caused some issues, and he also recommends that visiting Dr. Usanagi will help treatment as well.

The three stories from the rest of First recon suffice to convince Betsy to seek medical attention. Once she is convinced, return to Lieutenant Gorobets, and relay the message to Doctor Usanagi at the New Vegas Medical Clinic.
