You come home, and call to your mum. She is not around, but there is a knock at the door. Your dad's distant cousin, Mr. Bear (a nickname you and your friend give him) comes in and asked if you want to take one of his puppys... for free! You really want to but you'll have to wait for your mum and dad to come home.
When they come home, you beg them to let you have a puppy. Your dad tells you that he had a dog when he was younger. He was very sad when it died, and he doesn't want you to go through the pain that he did. But, as you are growing up, he says he guesses it would be ok, and he'd love to have a dog in the house again! You need to choose a dog and give it a name, and then Mr. Bear introduces it to you as it is now part of your family.
Your Mum and Dad say that you have to feed your puppy every day, and Mr. Bear tells you how to end the day; by going to the menu and selecting Goodnight. He then leaves you and your puppy to be alone. First of all, you should feed your puppy. Then you can play games for the rest of the day or go to the menu and select Goodnight.
