After the cutscene, talk to Cid and you'll give all your coreshells to him. Go back to where the ship crashed and you'll activate a cutscene. Follow the path north until you reach a doorway. Follow Peekaboo and Greeble inside. Go to the red book on the left.

Conquer battle mode level 4 and go up the stairs to the elevator on the left. Now go to the elevator on the right and you'll be stopped by Cid. After the cutscene, go to the elevator on the right. Go down the stairs. Go to the yellow book.

Go back to the elevator you came from and go to the book in the middle of the room. Go duel the Iron Giant when you're ready. Now that the Iron Giant is defeated, go to the book.

Go to the elevator to the right and go across the hands on the clock. Go to the elevator on that side. Follow the path until you reach a locked gate. Enter the numbers 62, 20, and 39. Proceed to the elevator. Go to the book.
