Final Fantasy Tactics Advance/Jobs/Dragoon

From StrategyWiki, the free strategy guide and walkthrough wiki

Dragoons have a very high Weapon Attack and specialize in slaying Dragons. While they can wield both Swords and Spears, unless you are mastering a new ability Spears are recommended as they give you a larger attack range and access to the Jump ability (if you have mastered it, that is). You need to master two Warrior A-abilities to become a Dragoon.

The "T" in the range box means that it hits an area of one square directly ahead of you, then three squares in a line two spaces ahead of you, so that the area looks like the capital letter "T" when viewed from the direction the character is facing.
