The Youth League has blocked off most of the Mushroom Rock Road during Chapter 3. Hovers prevent you from traveling through. Talk with Yaibal and then Lucil. Even if you didn't support them during Chapter 2, they have a few words for you. After speaking with them, collect a chest from the small alcove for 2000 Gil. Be sure to visit Djose Temple to trigger a scene with Gippal for some completion points and an Al Bhed Primer before heading over to the Moonflow
