Time Magicks are magicks that not only alter time (such as Haste and Slow), but also causes statuses that deal damage over a period of time (such as Bleed rendering the status Sap). These might not seem useful, but they can pose a huge advantage over very fast opponents or magic-using enemies.
Note that the MP cost is the MP used up without magic augments.
