1. Once you've turned into Tingle, enter your house. To the lower right is a box which contains the first bottle.
2. Once you sell the Armourer one bottle's worth of Tingle Fireworks, he will have a bottle for sale, which you must barter for. The lowest you can offer is 50 rupees.
3. If you bring the Guard a medicine for his wife, he will have a bottle for sale, which you must barter for. The lowest you can offer is 149 rupees.
4. Once you've talked to Dave, go to Sunshine Seashore to find his brother. Follow him from a distance and talk to him once he has stopped.
5. Find Dave's brother again at Lon Lon Meadow and follow him until he stops.
6. Find Dave's brother again at Deku Forest on the path from Junglo's house to the waterfall.
7. When you can go to Cape Treasure, the Guard will have a new bottle for sale. Offer 218 rupees.
8. In the Pirate Hideaway, talk to the pirate near the Hand Sculpture to get a new Bottle.
9. In the Pirate Hideaway, there's a chest on the B3 floor which contains a bottle.
10. In the Deku forest go right, up, right, down, down, right, down, left, down, left, up, left, up. The bottle is in the tresure chest.
11. When you can go to Lon Lon Meadow, the Guard will have a new bottle for sale. Offer 381 rupees.
12. Eventually the Guard will have his final bottle for sale at 754 rupees.
13. You get a new bottle when you sell the Merchant on the Pirate Ship a new Local Speciality, up to five. He'll tell you when he has no more bottles. (Treasure Puree, Sunshine Paste, Lon Lon Ketchup, Deku Dip and Gooey Tartare all count)
14. When you find the shaman at Mount Desma, examine the table behind him. He'll tell story and give you a bottle.
