In the fourth fuel room (those are the ones with the computers in them), you'll find a satellite with blue solar panels. Take a picture of it, making sure you get the whole satellite in there.

Killing three three scientists or more will instantly cause you to fail the mission. This objective will remain incomplete until you finish the mission.

In the third fuel room you'll find a scientist in the near right corner of the room from your starting point. Run up to him with gun in hand and he'll drop a cassette. Take it.

In the first three fuel rooms there are circuit boards laying on tables and on computers. You need to get them all. If you are at the fourth fuel room and you don't have them all, you missed one or more and need to go back and get them. These can be destroyed if the object they are resting on explodes, so be careful.

In each fuel room you'll need to go to your items menu, select the plastique, and then place at least one of them in each fuel room on the large brown pillars on the side.
